After placing the order, you will receive an email with a link to track your order. If you do not see this email, check your spam/junk mail folder, the email may have ended up there. If you click on the link immediately after receiving the email, the package may not yet be immediately trackable. Then wait 12 to 24 hours and check again.
To keep you informed of the status of your order, you will receive a confirmation of the latest status by email from us or our courier service.
We ship your order between 2 and 5 working days. Our courier service usually delivers the package to your home within 2 working days. Are you not at home that day? You can also choose to have your package delivered to a service point. When paying, choose delivery to a service point and enter your zip code to find a point near you.
Within the Netherlands, shipping costs for our t-shirts vary between €4.95 and €6.95. If you order one of our other products it is €7.95. Shipping costs to other countries will follow as soon as possible
Do you want to return the products?
After you have registered your return by email, you will be given the option to exchange the item online, but it is not possible to exchange Sale items. This exchange option is not always available and is only offered in the following situations:
When you choose to exchange online, you actually place a new order, paying the same price as your first order. If you have received a discount, you will receive it again.
If you want to pay for an online exchange with a gift card that has already been used, please note that it can only be used again once the return has been processed. Payment with gift cards will not be settled immediately when exchanging online.
Exchanges at our office are also possible, unless you paid with AfterPay. To avoid disappointment, contact us in advance and check online in advance whether stock is still available in your size, so you can exchange immediately at our office.
If you are not satisfied with an item, you can cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt. After this notification, you still have 14 days to return the item free of charge. If products have been used further than necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and operation of the product (has the product been worn), we can pass on the depreciation to you or refuse the product. Before returning, we recommend that you register your return online via info@godsoriginal.design, this will promote speedy processing.
You will receive a return confirmation once your return has been processed. The refund will be made as quickly as possible, no later than within 14 days of receipt of the return (usually within 1 week). We may wait to refund until we have received the item or until you demonstrate that you have shipped it.
Conditions
The delivered goods may only be used for inspection - for example to try on - and must be returned with the label attached (if reasonably possible). If damage has occurred to the product, you are liable for this reduction in value. When the item has been received by us and has been processed properly, you will receive a return confirmation informing you of this. In case you have placed multiple orders: unfortunately it is not possible to combine items from different orders into a return shipment.
Please note: If you have paid with AfterPay, you will receive a first payment reminder after 16 days, which does not yet include an increase. You have a total of 30 days to pay the invoice for the first increase. If you return something, you can also indicate this via the AfterPay app. Your payment overview will then be paused, so that you can wait patiently until your return has been processed. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €6.95 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

Good maintenance ensures that your garments remain in good condition for longer. Here is a guide on how to wash your underwear and outerwear:
Step 1: Check the care label: Always check the care label for specific instructions before washing a garment. Different fabrics and designs may require different washing methods.
Step 2: Sort by color and fabric: Divide your garments into light and dark colors to prevent the colors from bleeding. In addition, separate delicate fabrics from sturdier fabrics to prevent damage.
Step 3: Pre-treat stains: If your garments have stains, pre-treat them with a stain remover or mild detergent before washing. Follow the instructions on the product label for best results.
Step 4: Choose the right washing program: Select the right washing program on your washing machine based on the fabric and the degree of soiling. Use a gentle or delicate program for delicate fabrics and a normal program for firmer materials.
Step 5: Use a mild detergent: Use a mild detergent that is suitable for the fabric of your garments. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals, especially on delicate fabrics.
Step 6: Wash in cold water: To prevent shrinkage and color fading, wash your clothes in cold water. Cold water is also gentler on fabrics and helps maintain their integrity.
Step 7: Turn clothes inside out: Turn your clothes inside out before washing to protect the outer surface and minimize friction during the wash cycle.
Step 8: Use a gentle cycle: If your washing machine has a gentle cycle option, use it for delicate fabrics or garments with decorations to minimize wear.
Step 9: Air dry or tumble dry on low temperature: After washing, air dry your garments by laying them flat or hanging them on a drying rack. If you use a dryer, choose a low temperature to avoid shrinkage and damage to the fabric.
Step 10: Iron or Steam as Necessary: Once dry, iron or steam your garments as necessary to remove wrinkles and maintain a neat appearance inside out. Follow the ironing instructions on the care label to prevent damage to the fabric.

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered, but you haven't received it, here are a few steps you can take:

If you have checked your spam folder, waited some time and verified your email address, but still have not received an order confirmation, please contact our customer service team. Returns period We have a return period of 14 days during which the customer can return his or her package without giving a reason. These 14 days start from the moment the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.
Returns Policy All items must be returned to us unworn and unwashed, suitable for resale, with the labels still attached to the item.
GODS ORIGINAL DESIGN does not offer refunds for items purchased on sale. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or exchanged for a voucher.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanging or returning an order is very simple.
Send an email to info@godsoriginal.design within 14 days of receiving your order indicating that you would like to exchange one or more products. We will then immediately send you the return instructions. :)
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return shipment in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. You can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse on the track and trace that you receive with your return.
The 10 working days start from that moment. You will receive a message after the refund has been made. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Exchanges are possible, except on our sale items. You must pay shipping costs for all exchanges.

International: Please note that we are not responsible for paying any customs fees (duties or taxes) on returns for exchanges. We recommend that you return your order via a trackable shipping method, or request proof of postage, as we cannot exchange lost returns.

After your return has been received by our warehouse, we will process your return within 10 days. In most cases, your exchange request will be carried out within a few days. You will always receive a confirmation email with a tracking code once your new order has been processed.
